1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using AI Prompt Generator ("Service") operated by Ts. Ashraf Naim, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
2. Description of Service
AI Prompt Generator is a web application that helps users generate optimized AI prompts for various categories including image generation, social media, reports, presentations and more. The service uses OpenAI AI models to generate prompts.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Free and Paid Plans
- Free Plan: 5 prompt generations per day, limited to registered users.
- Credit Packs: One-time purchase for additional credits — Starter (20 credits / RM4.90), Standard (50 credits / RM9.90), Pro Pack (150 credits / RM19.90). Credits do not expire.
5. Payment and Cancellation
Payments are processed through Dodo Payments. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits do not expire.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Misuse the service for illegal or harmful purposes
- Attempt to bypass rate limits or authentication systems
- Resell or redistribute service access
- Use bots or automated scripts to access the service
7. Intellectual Property
Prompts generated using this service are your property. However, the service itself, including its design, source code, and branding are the property of Ts. Ashraf Naim.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that generated prompts will produce specific outputs when used with other AI platforms. We are not liable for any losses arising from the use of this service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
